Roadtrip

We took Finn to Eugene to meet his cousins, uncles, aunts, grandpa and great grandma for the first time. It was our first roadtrip with Finn and we learned about all the fun things that turn a 4 and a half hour trip into a 7 hour one. It was great to stay with Mark and Jen and we had a wonderful time visiting with everyone. It was also great to have even ANOTHER christmas when we were there. We also appreciate everyone who came to our impromptu gathering, it was wonderful to see everyone on such short notice. I swear there will be more warning next time...

Weeeeeeeeeeeeeee

We had a wonderful christmas, Finn spent so much time working the crowd that I almost forgot we had a son. We did some late night sleding in Grandma Ruths driveway and finished the holiday with what I hear is being dubbed "the christmas cannon!" (very traditional for a pirate christmas)

Finns First Christmas

Finn got his first present and got to wear his santa suit on Christmas day, but we had our real christmas on the 26th when all the family could finally make it up.

Its been a long time coming

This is when i tried to drive the focus down the driveway, it ended up spinning into the front yard almost hitting the escape.

Starting with the wonderful arctic blast 2008 that brought life to a halt for everyone in washington except the few of us who were brave enough to take our lives into our hands. We totaled about 18inches when all was said and done, not to shabby.
